Thanks for your reply, yes I already request and asking regarding supports contract throught the portal! Yesterday’s isueed gladly have been solved, it’s because one of our partner accidently disabled sso but it also make “allow_username_password=disabled” on pf.conf, I change it manually and restart the service, and have successfully login again.
