Thanks for your reply, yes I already request and asking regarding supports 
contract throught the portal!

Yesterday’s isueed gladly have been solved, it’s because one of our partner 
accidently disabled sso but it also make “allow_username_password=disabled” on 
pf.conf, I change it manually and restart the service, and have successfully 
login again.

Hello there,

Urgent and mailing support is not very compatible. If you require urgent help, 
you can contact us to have a Support contract.

It could be a credential issue or DB issue.

You can try to create a locale account and see if it works.

Create a local account on the CLI:

htpasswd -c /usr/local/pf/conf/admin.conf USERNAME

Put the password twice, try to log in again.
