Roberto I had the same problem with switch extreme. In my case it was the switch model that was wrong, and SNMP was not configured. In packetfence in switch configuration type, try all models from your manufacturer. and snmp enable and configure on your switch. It is possible that your WLC is not sending a CoA-ACK in response to PacketFence’s CoA-Request. If so, check your WLC. When you added PacketFence as an AAA or RADIUS server you may not have enabled CoA (RFC 3576) for it.
