Thanks for letting me know, will fix it, I already identified the issue.

As a temporary workaround, do this as root:
mkdir -p /usr/lib/tunepimp
ln -s /usr/lib/libtunepimp5/plugins /usr/lib/tunepimp/plugins

(replace "lib" with "lib64" if you're on x86_64)
