It's Pascals package, I can't say anything about.

Some (all?) packages with Vender "Packman" are mine. I've used this in 
the past, when we've build our packages on our own computers. I'll 
remove the entry when a rebuild is nethesary, then 
"http://packman.links2linux.de"; should be automaticly be set.
