Hello.

It is provided by regular openSUSE 12.3 and 12.3:Updates boost package:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary/openSUSE:12.3:Update/patchinfo.201
9?arch=i586&filename=libboost_filesystem1_49_0-1.49.0-12.4.1.x86_64.rpm&repo
sitory=standard

Could you check `zypper se -s boost | grep system` please?

Sure thing. This is the output (sorry about the format):
It seems a newer version is distributed?

This error occurred while trying to install Bino 3D player (factory repo?).
Forgot to mention it before, although it's probably clear by now.

The issue it totally broken bino package: https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/show?package=bino&project=Multimedia There are no rpm built for openSUSE 13.1 you really use and package from openSUSE 12.3 doesn't suit. Please submit an issue to packman bug tracker. I'll mail to package contributers.
