[packman] [PM] vlc 2.2.1-292.1 (openSUSE Tumbleweed/x86_64) -- No mouse cursor or video controls in fullscreen

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Tumbleweed with Packman's version of 
VLC. The mouse cursor disappears when moving over the VLC window while 
playing video, and in fullscreen there are no VLC controls either. This 
bug only happens in openSUSE.
