Ah, thank you, that worked. I had to copy it from
/usr/share/pipewire
I assumed this was a proprietary codec thing. What are are the
differences between Packman and openSUSE vanilla PipeWire packages?
It's just a link to the package in Factory, we just enable aptX and
AAC codecs.

The checkout you are using from obs is a git checkout, upstream enabled
sbc-xq support by default the last week, that is why you are seeing a
diff.
bluez5: enable SBC-XQ codec by default, if allowed by quirks
