PAM> support (and maybe also AptX support if possible) for OpenSUSE
PAM> Leap 15.3 as well as Tumbleweed?

openSUSE does avoid the copyright issue, so you can't get.

But, you can solve this by;

1. install fdk-aac, x265, libfreeaptx  packages.

2. compile ffmepg's src.rpm.

3. install ffmpeg packages (Maybe, the installation of libavcodec is
sufficient)

4. get pipewire's src.rpm

5. # rpm -ivh pipewire-0.3.39-xxxx.src.rpm

6. cp /usr/src/packages/SPEC/pipewire.spec /tmp

7. edit the pipewire.spec

%bcond_with aac  -->     %bcond_without aac
%bcond_with aptx -->     %bcond_without aptx

then

# rpmbuild -bb --nodeps pipewire.spec

You can get the pipewire packages which you want.

Thanks.
