[packman] libXNVCtrl

Hello, could you remove libXNVCtrl from packman now that it's in Factory? It's 
an older version (435 vs 510) and it's going to cause problems as packages get 
built against 510 but anyone who installs then and has the packman repo enabled 
is going to get 435.
