Sorry, was in a hurry for diner before. The libcef.so *is* available to obs-studio, but it is not provided as mentioned above, but the obs-studio package still requires this lib.. Didn't notice this problem before, because my spotify-client installation provided libcef.so (also due to a similar packaging issue). I submitted the obs-studio fix now, and it will be available as soon as the build succeeds and is synced to the public as usual.
