I assume it is due to the package name on pmbs.
On obs openSUSE:Factory/ffmpeg-5 corresponds to ffmpeg-5.spec, but on
pmbs the package is called A_tw-ffmpeg-5, so neither the spec file nor
the _multibuild takes effect and therefore no build takes place.
