Where did they get these files from? packman.iu-bremen.de is gone for a long time, and even the replacement DNS name packman.jacobs- university.de is not working anymore for at least 2 years now. They deleted the virtual machine and did not restore it, although they promised :( I am not working there anymore. The most reliable mirror to use is probably GWDG.
