Hi,
this looks like some of your repos (especially your main oss repo) are
not up to date.
On my system `opi codecs` works fine, even though I have
`Mesa-dri-32bit` installed.
[root@midas ~]# zypper info --requires Mesa-dri-32bit | grep SPIRV
libSPIRV-Tools-2024.4~rc2.so
[root@midas ~]# zypper se -s libSPIRV-Tools

Solution 2: keep obsolete Mesa-dri-32bit-24.3.1-397.2.x86_64
Solution 3: break Mesa-dri-32bit-24.3.1-1699.400.pm.4.x86_64 by ignoring some
of its dependencies
i haven't been able to resolve this on my own and someone mentioned I should
