Yeap, but this has been resolved during the night. The main part of these errors go away if you give the repo time to sync. Since 3 am last night a full TW update included the VLC problematic (that previously existed, sure) succeeded (5,9 GB of data) without a single hickup. So was so yesterday, since 3 am "works for me".
