Of course, I forgot a third group (c) which contains all those packages
originally coming from OBS and which just need to be built with the
special project configuration provided by Packman. This group contains
the following links to the packages hosted on OBS:

  - A_16.0-ffmpeg-8
  - A_16.0-ffmpeg-9
  - A_16.0-tinyxml
  - A_16.1-ffmpeg-8
  - A_16.1-ffmpeg-9
  - A_16.1-libudfread
  - A_16.1-tinyxml
  - A_tw-ffmpeg-8
  - A_tw-ffmpeg-9
  - libheif
  - libquicktime
  - shairplay
  - vlc
  - A_16.0-waylandpp
  - A_16.1-waylandpp
  - A_tw-waylandpp
  - libSOIL

The whole set of (a), (b) and (c) is sufficient for me.

Cheers.
