Hi guys, I've asked TENET (South African university network) to mirror Archlinux a few months ago, and have been happily using:
http://archlinux.mirror.ac.za/$repo/os/i686 http://archlinux.mirror.ac.za/$repo/os/x86_64/ or ftp:// for the last few months. Please consider adding these to the official mirrorlist as it's the only South African mirror I know of.
