I have not tested the HAVE_GETMNTINFO path as that requires BSD4.4, OSX or
NetBSD 3.0.
However, it is taken from various example code on the internet so should
work...

If we agree on the #if defined .. #elif defined .. #endif , we should
probably do it for the includes too.
