I am not sure I understand.
Could we get a relocatable Strawberry+Padre on 32 bit today
using 5.12  and then once RT#55660 is fixed a 64 bit version can
also join the family?

If so then I'd prefer not to wait with RT#55660 just so that we have both
64 bit and 32 bit.
