Job/Responsibilities: Responsible for all procurement/purchasing activities. Sourcing of multiple/alternate suppliers for operating and office supplies, fabrications, jigs, toolings, installations/renovations, etc. Dealing & negotiating with suppliers for better price, service & payment terms, etc. Owner for meeting PQP savings target for Purchasing. Need to maintain high level of service to internal customers (measurement metrics including SDOT, CT performance, etc.). Requirements: Degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial / Business Administration. At least 2 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Computer literate (MS tools). Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English. SENIOR STORE/SHIPPING OFFICER Job/Responsibilities: Manage & supervise a team of store personnel to achieve productivity (daily shipment within cut-off timing is mandatory) and 5S. Ensure store procedures and security measures are strictly adhered to. Responsible to all transaction documents in the SAP system (in terms of quick and accurate transacting). Responsible for 100% stock accuracies at all times (daily/weekly/monthly stock counts). Responsible for all shipping matters (arrangements, expediting, etc.), including application of import permits. Will also take charge of the purchasing of indirect materials and operating supplies. Long term contracts with suppliers (for services such as medical provider, janitory services, etc.). Requirements: Degree in any discipline. At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage. Good supervisory, leadership & interpersonal skills. Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
