LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT HEAD a.. Minimum hold Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychological and or certified as psychologist. b.. Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in Training & Development Department c.. Have knowledge well in carrier plan, training need assignment, trainer, promotion/mutation in EPC project. d.. Male or female, approximately 40 years old. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER a.. Minimum 5 (five) years applicable experience in the field of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) and have experience from at least 1 (one) Engineering and Construction project with similar duties required by this scope b.. Must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and regulations, and the ability to learn, familiar with OHSAS 18001 and EMS-ISO 14001 requirements. c.. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or construction management related and hold HSE Management System Certification (CSP / Akhli K3 Umum). CIVIL ENGINEER a.. Min S-1 degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university b.. At least 5 years experience in construction of industrial and power plant. c.. Experience in concrete work and steel structure d.. Maximum 40 yrs old ROTATING ENGINEER a.. Graduated from Mechanical Engineering b.. Min 4 yrs experience in Industrial and power plant projects. c.. Have knowledge rotating design and rotating equipment d.. Maximum 40 yrs old PIPING ENGINEER a.. Min S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university b.. At least 3 - 5 years experience in construction of industrial and power plant. c.. Experience in piping design and literate with pipe stress analysis software such as Auto PIPE and or Caesar II d.. Familiar with recognized international codes & standards such as ASME, ANSI, API etc. e.. Maximum 40 yrs old RIGGING ENGINEERING a.. Graduated from Mechanical Engineering b.. Min 5 yrs experience in rigging for Industrial and power plant projects. c.. Familiar with Auto cad & other computer system d.. Maximum 40 yrs old GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Ä Must have good language proficiency verbal and written both English and Bahasa Indonesia, minimum TOEFL Score 350. Ä Must have good leadership, communication skill, high integrity and loyalty Ä Able to work as a team or independently Ä Computer literacy Ä Shall be mentally ready to be assigned in any places in Indonesia or overseas at any time.
