Help on C

I am a new Palm deveoper having just purchased Code Warrior.

Can anybody tell me if there is a help file/HTML/book or C guide that tells me 
the information about the classes, fields and methods inherent in the Pilot?

I am working my way through the tutorial and having to work out the changes in 
each program and I would rather like something a little more helpful.
