It's a bug in the constructor in CW5. It sets up the underline field
incorrectly and Palm V and IIIx now care about it whereas Palm III
doesn't. MW knows about it. Our work around is to explicitly find all
the fields in a form and set the field attribute attr.underlined to 1
(constructor sets it to 2).
