My calculator tells me that 4114 is also 0x1012 (hexadecimal). Condapi.h
tells me that 0x1000 is the "base" starting point (CONDERR_FIRST) for all
conduit errors and that CONDERR_BAD_SYNC_TYPE is at offset 0x12. I'll
guess the conduit doesn't like doing a slow sync (the guy is probably
syncing between two different machines and your conduit manufacturer didn't
take it into account).
