Wanted: Tool to extract Bitmaps from PRC

This whole Mac <-> PC transfer thing has really gotten the best of me now...
(For those that don't know when moving back and forth from Mac to Win the
bmp's in your constructor resource file get severely hosed, scrambled and/or
blacked out).

If I could grab the bmp's from a prc I could simply replcace the ones in the
f'd up constructor file.

Does such a beast exist ?
