What are people using to install Palm software? I don't have conduits yet,
but I would like a little script for Windows that sets up the application
for installation by running the Install App and placing the application in
it, creates a shortcut on the Start menu and opens that folder, and maybe
forces the user to agree to the EULA. Since I use Acrobat for the manual,
an additional need would be to have the installer search for the Reader on
the desktop and instruct the user where to get it if it is not there. Of
course, the entire file would need to be zipped so it can easily be
downloaded.
Any ideas? Anyone willing to develop it (I could talk money). I don't have
the Windows programming skills to do this. This is also a need for Mac, but
I am more concerned about Windows first.
