I thought that I'd try this question again as its quite important to me:

Does anybody know how/if one can manufacture a new stack and then start
using it. Imagine the scenario where SysAppLaunch needs to be called and
you know that you're low on available stack. I would like to allocate a new
memory chunk to the stack, perform the SysAppLaunch and then restore the
stack. This is all on the assumption that launch flags cannot be specified
to SysAppLaunch.

Additionally, can a new global region be allocated and the CW C++ compiler
informed to use it?
