Error DataMgr

Hello all,
Win95, CW R5, using a palm3 downloaded ROM
        I have been getting DataMgr.c line 4166 Err getting rec
this error occurs when I populate multiple fields from a database,
according to a list selection (only after I select the same record twice.)
        I have tried using the offsetof function but have recieved errors during
compilation any help on this or the above memtioned problem would be helpful.
