There are instructions in 'Pro 4 Integration.html' in the folder 'For
CodeWarrior Pro 4' on the R5 CD. BTW, this is also addressed in section 11
of the CW for Palm OS FAQ at http://www.metrowerks.com/pda/palm/faq/
