Transport timeout error POSE<->Window CW

I'll often get a "Transport timeout error" when trying to download my 
application from Windows CodeWarrior to POSE.  To fix it, I've got to quit
POSE and CW and restart them both.

This happens about 50% of the time.

I'm using CodeWarrior Release 5 with Update 1, and POSE 2.1d26 on Windows
95.

Anyone else have these problems (or, even better, a fix or workaround)?
