Jean, I find your leap of logic somewhat difficult to understand given the
circumstances of this event.
The bug was reported by Richard Wagner on April 12. Metrowerks reproduced and
acknowledged the bug the very next day and even suggested a work-around which will
continue to work even after the bug in the compiler is fixed. It is now a mere 8
working days later, the fix is under development, and you feel Metrowerks 'lacks
understanding of the development environment' ? Few people will agree.

Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to assure you once again that 3Com/Palm
Computing and Metrowerks do understand and take our developers (both professional and
basement hackers) and their issues very seriously.
Likewise, soapbox criticisms, flames, and other forms of public temper tantrums are
unprofessional and serve only to decrease the merit of the individual and his or her
issues. And that goes for EVERYONE.
