I was just reading in the Targeting Palm OS
manual about this. You'll have to divide your
application into multiple segments since it exceeds 64K
in size. The "Targeting" manual is a good
place to start. Look under Ch.3, Large Application
Projects...

Subject: Porting an application to Palm III
Hi,
I'm currently porting an application to Palm III. However, I encounter a
big problem that the application can not be loaded to the Palm device or the
Palm emulator.
The size of the application is 185KB and the Palm device remains 97% free
memory. Is it possible that the application is too big? Is there any
limitation for the size of applications?
I tried to reduce the size of the application by taking out some function
calls to about 80KB, and it worked.
Anyone can give me some ideas??
