I believe that you are referring to project stationery, which, in fact, is
not a wizard. It is quite simply just a project template. Something static
like that, cannot possibly do a customization. That is up to you.
However, along with the SDK we ship something called EzSource (EzSrc?).
Running this (oh yeah, it is Windows only) is almost a wizard, and will
most certainly do what you are asking.

Does anyone know how to replace the fairly braindead CW project wizard
(the Palm OS C project in this case) with something that doesn't default
everything to "starter", but instead uses the name of the project??
