The original Palm VII field trials were announced at the Palm DevCon back in
Dec and later posted on their website so any developer could register. The
IIIx and V were complete suprise to most developers.
I would imagine any future field trials will be announced much the same way
so registered developers will have a chance to participate.

messages at www.egroups.com
I'd also you suggest you look at www.roadcoders.com or www.palmcentral.com
