you are drawing the field before calling FrmDrawForm.
this is invalid because FrmDrawForm is the API that saves the contents of
the screen "below" the form that is being drawn.  so you draw *before*
saving the screen, which means that when the screen gets restored, it will
be "restoring" it with part of your form draw on top of it.
