i may be misunderstanding your question, but wouldnt it back up if you did a hotsync? if you want to get the db off the palm, then it will be backed up on a hotsync as a .pdb file. then you can take that pdb and install it on others. also, heres a question similar to the thread. can one change the crid of a database? if i have a db with crid='pete', can i change it to 'moss'? :P Michael McFarland wrote: > My main problem now is how to obtain > that database from the Palm system and be able to install that database > onto other Palm devices.
