When I use a (CharPtr) text="abcdef" as input to my TextFieldUpdate
routine it works fine. The textfield is updated successfully. If I use
StrCopy to initialize the text variable the result is that I shortly see

"abcdef" in my field and then it is overwritten with garbage (same
number of garbage characters as "abcdef"). Whi is this???

Is there any udpates or service releases to CodeWarrior ver 3.1 build
