where is ERS.pdf file?

Hi, everyone:
I got some problems with  low memory. When I debugged my code, it always
showed Low-Memory access. I really don't understand it at all. Somebody told
me that I might find some help from ERS.pdf file. 
So, anyone can tell me where I can get the file?

I will highly appreciated any help.
