PylonPro Palm

I'm developing Palm apps using PylonPro and I have 2 questions:

Question 1: Is there any way to customize the PylonPro in order to not
hotsync the e-mail database to the palm?
Question 2: The conduicts is only between the Palm and the Cliente or
between the Palm and the Notes server too?
