I live in New Hampshire and travel in northern California (via
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, etc.) and mine works great in all those
areas. In fact, I've only used it in New York one week in the 5
months I've had it (I got mine through the developer program).
Go to www.palm.net and check out the coverage chart. If you can get
coverage in southern New Hampshire, I would think northern VA and MD
would certainly be covered.
