imho, David Fedor is remarkably patient.

David doesn't "work for us".  he works for Palm, and his job is to help us
develop for the Palm devices.  he does that quite well.

just because (part of) David's job is to support the developer community
does not give developers the right to be rude to him.  when people are rude
to him, i have seen him become exasperated, frustrated, and sometimes remind
people about common courtesy.  he's one of the best support engineers with
whom i've ever had the good fortune to work.
