I believe they said they weren't planning on releasing header files for 3.3, and
that (paraphrased) "since 3.5 was a superset of 3.3 (and 3.2 and 3.1) you should
just use these." On the other hand, someone pointed out problems with this, so
they might have changed their mind since the conference. I don't remember what
they said about when PalmOS 3.5 header files would be available on devzone.
