And let me point out that this "clean up" will involve not just
switching to the new names, but also (at least in my case) removing many
instances of ugly casting such as Handle to/from VoidHand, and
const_cast in places where the API was const-incorrect, not to mention
the, uh, derogatory language in nearby comments.  :-)  I won't mind
taking the time to go back and finally code those things right.
