I was seeing it intermittently in straight C under Palm R5, various
emulators and ROMs, MacOS 8.5. I had enough things wrong in my own
code that I never tried to narrow it down, but seemed to occur while
single-stepping through some code that had a lot of calculations
without tickling the event loop. Will keep an eye out.
