The approval process could certainly use addressing. I don't have a
problem filling out a paper form and mailing it in - though simply using
my Verisign digital ID should be enough - but having to wait 2-3 weeks
for approval simply means that the process at 3COM is not efficient...
I generally see non-disclosure agreements turn around in 24 hours or
less with other companies I work with...
