UP.Browser development (newbie)

I'm brand new to developing in Palm and am investigating developing a
vertical market app that will use a Palm device to collect and wirelessly
transmit data to a centralized webserver. I'm just getting familiar with
'web clipping' and ran across this press release.

UP.browser in the Palm environment?
