  as much as this guy may be having troubles, you dont need to do this
  to him Jason :( sometimes errors stare you right in the face and you
  need guidance to get an understanding of what you did wrong.

  if there is a manual reference, then provide it and if necessary write
  "if you have any problems understanding, please email me". there is
  no need for this type of attitude on this list. many people will
  remember your name and will remember when to give help if you ever
  ask for it :P
