Thanks, Paul maxTicksP holds the value in ticks of the interval when the next lowBatteryChr will be enqueued. If the voltage falls below the minimum threshold or the time period expires then a lowBatteryChr gets put in the queue. Normally you pass these to the system via SysHandleEvent. (If your apps receives a lowBatteryChr it doesn't necessarily mean that the batteries are low; perhaps a better name would be lowBatteryCheckChr.) Regards, Daniel.
