You could look at the source code for the built-in apps that came with the
SDK.
You could buy a 3rd party Palm development book (such as Neil Rhodes or
Glenn Bachmann's, both of which are very good)
You could do the tutorial included with the SDK
You could look for tips in the Palm Knowledge Base
