CodeWarrior bug?

Hello.

I have trouble with prefix files: when I put #include <Pilot.h>
statement in prefix file, my code compiles, but later gives link errors
about missing symbols like MemPtrNew etc.  When I put the #include
statement in .c file, everything links OK.  Is it supposed to be like
this or is it a bug in CW?

BTW, I'm using CW Lite 4.0.1
