I believe Constructor for Palm OS 1.2 supports different character
encodings. If that's the case, then make sure that Palm OS Target in
the Project Settings pane says "Palm OS 3.0.x and earlier". If it
says "Palm OS 3.1 or later" than the ellipsis gets saved with
character code 0x18 instead of 0x85. Versions of the OS prior to 3.1
don't have fonts with the ellipsis at 0x18, thus this could be the
source of your problem.
